Chateau De La Ville-Hue offered our family a remarkable escape into history and nature. Nestled within its 1000 acres, this stunning 18th-century chateau provided a unique setting for relaxation and exploration. Our host, the Marquis, passionately shared the estate's rich history, enhancing our stay with his insights. We felt particularly welcomed by the family-friendly amenities, including opportunities for fishing and hiking. My children relished fishing in the nearby pond, creating cherished memories as they caught several small fish, while we enjoyed scenic hikes through the surrounding lush greenery. The dining experience exceeded our expectations, with a delightful four-course dinner made with locally sourced ingredients. It was special to enjoy our host's culinary skills, bonding as a family over sumptuous dishes. Chateau De La Ville-Hue is an excellent choice for families seeking a nurturing and educational getaway, and we look forward to returning to create more family memories.
